Delivery
Delivery is available nationwide on the island of Ireland.
Delivery is charged at a rate of €5 per box (up to 30kg) anywhere on the island of Ireland.
Local deliveries within Co. Donegal are charged at a rate of €4 per box (up to 30kg)

30kg is equivalent approximately to 18 x 700ml/750ml bottles, 24 x 500ml bottles or 30 x 330ml bottles.

There are no minimum orders. However, please note that the delivery charge is a lesser proportion of the overall sale amount on larger orders.
Delivery of any order above €150 within the island of Ireland is free of charge.
Accepted orders placed on a working day before 12 noon will generally be next day delivery.
(Dependent on availability of stock, large quantities and orders with a large selection of different items.) Some more unusual products may have a lead time of up to two or three working days.
Orders placed after 12 noon will be considered as if received on the following working day.

Occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control, orders may take longer to fulfil. At peak times, especially Christmas, your order may take longer to arrive, so we advise placing your orders as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Any time or date provided for delivery is an estimate only. Although we will make every possible effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within stated times.

The provision of a contact number is mandatory for all delivery addresses.

Minimum Orders

Receiving Delivery

Deliveries are made during business hours (usually between 9 am and 5 pm), and a person over eighteen years of age must be present to take delivery and sign for it. If any of our drivers doubt the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and/or keep the goods until they can be received by a person of, or over, the legal age to purchase alcohol.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, our driver will try to contact you by telephone. The provision of a contact number is mandatory for all delivery addresses.

If he/she are unable to contact you, a slip will be left with the courier’s contact number, and goods will be brought to your nearest delivery depot. Please ring the number left on the slip to rearrange a suitable collection or delivery time.

Checking your order

Please check your order before signing for it. If there are any signs of damage, please notify us as soon as possible and REFUSE the delivery and return it with the courier. As soon as you notify us, a replacement delivery will be arranged at no extra charge. Claims for breakages or shortfall of products post-acceptance and signing for the order will not be entertained.

Cancelling an Order, Returns & Refunds.

Your order may be cancelled at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Phone us at +353 (01) 552 4179. Orders which are cancelled post-dispatch will acquire the relevant delivery charge. If you wish to cancel and return goods received for any reason, you must notify us within 7 days from delivery and contact us at +353 (01) 552 4179.
You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new, with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post Registered Post or by the person to our shop. Unfortunately, in those circumstances, any costs incurred in returning the goods will be your responsibility.
In the unfortunate situation of the goods being faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and REFUSE the delivery and return it with the courier. As soon as you notify us, a replacement delivery will be arranged at no extra charge. Claims for breakages or shortfall of products post-acceptance and signing for the order will not be entertained.
